Eligibility: Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving the thank-you gift.

Process: Contact our Member Services department at 417-836-3500 to initiate the refund process. You'll need to return the thank-you gift to the address below in its original condition and packaging before your refund can be processed.

Refund Amount: The refund will be your donation amount minus the station’s out-of-pocket cost, determined at the time of the refund request.

Timeline: After we receive the returned gift and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Allow additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your payment method.
